MININUM ORDER :
There is no mininum order required.
PROOFS/DESIGN APPROVAL :
You will receive 2 email/faxed proofs at no charge. Additional
proofs are subject to an additional charge.
PACKAGING :
Items will be package in suitable shipping boxed for maximum
protection. Items ordered in bulk are not packaged individually.
SHIPPING :
Orders are shipped by various carriers, pre-paid with shipping charges
added to the invoice. All orders F.O.B., Dunsmuir, California. C.O.D.
orders are available and special shipping requests must be confirmed
via email or fax.
DROP SHIPPMENTS :
We can drop ship direct in any location.
FREIGHT CLAIMS/BREAKAGE :
In the rare event of a breakage, all claims for breakage must be made
with the carrier within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. In the event of
breakage, be sure to save all cartons and packaging for inspection.
Title to goods passes to buyer at F.O.B. point.
ENGRAVING CHARGES FOR AWARDS/TROPHIES :
Free engraving includes single etch area with personalization.
We suggest that you leave typestyle to the discretion of KLD.
AWARDS/TROPHIES :
KLD can custom design your award/trophies to befitting of your occasion,
and we can tailor the design to accommodate your budget. Each award
includes a quality white two piece gift box.
PRODUCTION TIME :
For rush orders we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
We do not charge anything additional for rush orders. Custom orders are
subject to additional lead time depending on the project. Contact KLD
for special requirements. You will be notified of approximate shipping
costs to be added to your order. Various pieces can be produced and
shipped within one week of order placement.
TRADEMARKS :
Liability for correct use of a trademark rests with the customer. We
reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, items produced
by us without any liability on our part as to trademark or artwork rights.
Most of the logos shown on this site are from our customers and used
for display purposes only. Endorsement of any products should not be
implied in any case. All photographs are the sole property of KLD.
Any use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
TERMS OF SALE :
All orders must be paid in full upon inception of order. We accept
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVERY,
through the secured purchasing network of PAYPAL. Alternate forms
of payment are accepted. Please contact KLD to discuss. No items
will be shipped until full payment is received. Accounts for wholesale
purchasing can be discussed on an individual basis.
